This intensive training course is designed to prepare an individual to pass the OCR exam. There are over 20 different subject areas to explore during the course. All trainees will be issued with an extensive set of trainee notes which can be used in the open book examination (Case study) and as a reference guide by transport managers long after the course. The new style examinations consist of 2 x 2 hour exams. The first exam is a multiple choice (closed book) and the second exam is an open book case study exam where the trainee will need to apply their knowledge to the case study scenario.
Specialist Training has its own accredited examination centre based at Accrington in Lancashire. The examinations are held 4 times a year in March, June, September and December.
