Specialist offers a number of solutions to a driver improvement problem, from simple assessments to a completely integrated training programme.
Driving assessments are used to identify driving standards or "benchmark" a fleet. Specialist offers two types of assessment, the Simple Assessment and the Extended Assessment. The former is a forty five minute to an hour "snapshot" of driving standards. It allows a basic rating of your drivers' standards to be produced. The latter is suitable for those where a greater degree of analysis is necessary, for example for those returning to work after accident related absence.
