The Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is now more complex and rigorous than ever before and requires a broader level of knowledge and understanding. The training covers a wide range of industry subjects but always tries to underpin the theoretical knowledge with real life scenarios. Specialist has constantly improved its courses as the syllabus has changed and we have continued to deliver outstanding pass rates for our customers.
Specialist delivers both the Passenger National and the Passenger International CPC courses. It should be stressed that to operate internationally, the Passenger National CPC must be held before the Passenger International is obtained.
